We offer support via ticket system (recommended for traceability), by email and by video conference for complex issues requiring screen sharing.
Our standard support is available Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM (CET). For clients with a premium contract, we offer extended support until 10 PM and Saturday morning.
We primarily support modules developed by Dolicraft. For third-party modules, we can diagnose the issue and refer you to the publisher, or propose a fix if the code is accessible.
Yes, we offer ad-hoc support billed hourly (95 EUR excl. VAT/h) for businesses that don't need an annual contract. However, a support contract offers better rates and guaranteed response times.
